Nick Durchik - CEO

​

Nick attended college in Myrtle Beach, SC where he earned his degree in Business. Post-college, Nick started off his career as a PGA Golf Professional. Nick started his produce career working for a large produce packing facility in North Central Ohio. In 2014 he decided to venture into his own produce brokerage business and started Market Brothers, LLC. Nick is married with six children and is actively involved in coaching youth sporting activities. 

 

 

 

Steve McFarland- VP of Sales and Marketing

Steve McFarland was born in Shelby, OH where he grew up on a large beef cattle and grain farm. Steve is a graduate of Mansfield Christian Highschool. Steve also attended the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. Before joining the Market Brothers team, he worked in banking and finance for over 10 years. Now, Steve is the head of sales and business development for Market Brothers produce, specializing in onions, potatoes, and sweet potatoes. Steve spends his free time motorcycling and enjoys traveling with his wife.

Kadie Hoffman- Controller

Kadie Hoffman was born and raised in Shelby, OH and was a 2016 graduate of SHS. Kadie continued her education and is a 2017 graduate of North Central State College where she earned an associate degree in Business Administration. Kadie then furthered her education and earned her Bachelor's in Business Management at The Fisher College of Business through The Ohio State University. She is our key employee in the administrative department, overseeing compliance and accounting at Market Brothers. Kadie is dedicated to her faith and fitness.
